All cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of the full payment. No refunds will be issued.
In the event of severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, or a documented emergency, fees may be credited toward a future class or lesson at our discretion.
